88a urethane durometer
88a is dead's lowest durometer urethane, providing the maximum amount of grip and control. This wheel holds very well in sharp turns and is a great option for skating smooth wood, metal or concrete skateparks. On rougher surfaces, these wheels can wear down quickly. When riding with 88a wheels in the middle, make sure the frames have enough wheel bite protection, as they can stop you from sliding.

New for 2023, dead have shaved down their classic 58mm wheel profile to create a lower-riding wheel that is well out of the way while grinding. The flat-top surface provides increased stability for landing, and easier access to balance on toe and heel rolls.
